Hundreds Attend Clermont County Simulcast of World’s Largest One-Day Leadership Conference; See Debut of LEAD Clermont Academy’s New Website and Video

Clermont County, Ohio — More than 350 Clermont County leaders from a variety of businesses, government entities, nonprofits, faith-based groups and educational institutions participated in a simulcast of the 2018 Leadercast, the world’s largest one-day leadership conference, broadcast this year from Atlanta to locations around the world on May 4.

Participants included dozens of students and their leaders from Goshen and West Clermont High Schools.

LEAD Clermont Academy served as presenting sponsor of this year’s simulcast, which was hosted by Crossroads East Side. Other sponsors included American Modern Insurance Group, Chick-fil-A Eastgate, Clermont Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Clermont County Public Library, Crossroads East Side, Letitia Fulkerson State Farm Agency, Lykins Energy Solutions, Mercy Health Clermont Hospital, Park National Bank and University of Cincinnati Clermont College.

The theme of this year’s conference was “Lead Yourself.” What does it look like to lead yourself? How can you intentionally develop your own leadership skills and style?

The Leadercast Live stage featured speakers from business, the military, sports, the ministry and other fields who answered those questions and explained the power and importance of leading yourself first so you can lead others well.

Clermont simulcast participants also saw the debut of LEAD Clermont Academy’s new video and website,, created by CTTS Inc. in Sharonville, Ohio, and designed to further engage the community in its mission and leadership program continuum.

According to Goshen High School Principal Nick Inabnitt, "Leadercast Clermont was an excellent opportunity for our students to attend. Like me, they said they learned a lot and enjoyed it greatly."

Added LEAD Clermont Academy Executive Director Bob Pautke, "We are thrilled with the reactions and feedback we received. Participants found value in the local and simulcast programming and appreciated close-to-home access in Clermont and the eastside."

Leadercast Clermont 2019 will offer a local program coupled with the worldwide simulcast on May 10, 2019 held again at Crossroads East.
